A free staff inter-hospital shuttle bus also operates between The Austin campus and the Repatriation campus. Patients and visitors who do not require assistance to travel are welcome to use this service. Buses leave between the Austin Hospital and Repat every 15 minutes. 

Timetables are displayed at the bus stops which are located:

•  At the Repat on corner of Acacia Street and Boronia Streets and near the public car park in Bell Street

• Out the front of the Austin Hospital foyer

 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

Parking in the hospital Austin Tower carpark can be costly. There is metered and unmetered parking on the residential streets around the Austin however they are usually restricted to 2 hours. Unrestricted parking can be found approximately 15 minutes walk away from the hospital. Parking inspectors frequent the area so please be aware of the restrictions.

There is a temporary uncovered car park on the corner of Bell Street and Upper Heidelber Road operated by a private owner where you can park for $5 per day.
