Dear Recent Recipients, Family and friends,

You are invited to the next Post Transplant Support and Education Group.

Tuesday 3rd October 2017

10.00pm – 1.30pm
Room 4.4 of Education Precinct, Austin Tower, Level 4

The session will include information about medications, physio, and donor thank you letters.

There will also be an opportunity for discussion and to raise questions or concerns.
