What would you want us to tell you about End of Life Care during a hospital stay, and at what point?

Join our upcoming forum ‘It's Your Life - Dying your way at Austin Health’ and help us improve the End of Life Care we provide.

We’re also looking for people to be in a video to show at the forum – particularly anyone who’s experienced the death of a family member or friend at Austin Health.
